Exchanges and Returns
Goods purchased in the AMBER DECOR online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The purchased goods that will be returned must not have any traces of use.
I. Returns
Inform us about the return of products by sending an e-mail to sklep@amberdecor.pl
In the body of the message, be sure to include:
• order number
• first name and last name
• account number to which we are to make the refund
Then, properly secure the parcel in which you will place the returned goods.
Send the parcel to the following address:

84-207 Bojano
The store is not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel by the courier.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt.
II. Complaints
In the event of finding factory defects of the purchased goods or non-compliance of the goods with the description, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Please follow the instructions below:
Please submit a complaint about the goods purchased by you by e-mail to: sklep@amberdecor.pl and return the goods at your own expense to the address of the AMBER DECOR store, ul. Józefa Wybickiego, nr 104, 84-207 Bojano.
Please attach proof of purchase to the returned goods.
The store does not accept parcels sent on delivery.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the parcel with the advertised goods.
The store is not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel by the courier.
If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with other, full-fledged goods within the next 14 days, and if this is no longer possible (for example, due to the depletion of stocks of the goods), the store will refund the customer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other, available goods to choose from in the shop.
If the complaint is considered unfounded, the goods will be sent back within 7 days together with the justification for the refusal.
